With an NRAS property your market will remains fully liquid.

While you can remain in the scheme for 10 years, you may:
  • On-sell your property/properties and leave them in the scheme for the next investor; or
  • Exit the scheme with suitable notice to the managers.
The only penalty for removing properties from the scheme is the loss of the unpaid incentive for that NRAS year and no future incentives.
