With an NRAS property you will receive $9,140 in tax free incentives indexed annually at the rental component of CPI every year for 10 years.

NRAS Education Associates will organise your application for the NRAS incentives. Investors must agree to rent the approved dwelling at app 20% below prevailing market rates to eligible tenants.

Your approved dwelling attracts the NRAS incentive for 10 years so long as you continue to comply with conditions such as tenant eligibility and rent discounts.
